CARING FOR YOUR DESIGNS

Kids & Baby Wear:

Use with care and please be aware of any small or loose elements of the design whilst being worn.

Gentle wash only, inside out and on a low temperature cycle.

Iron only if necessary inside out.

Face masks:

All masks are sanitised with lavender infused, 75% alcohol spray before being posted.

Please be aware of any small or loose elements of design whilst being worn.

Gentle hand wash only with low temperature, dry naturally and only iron on reverse if necessary.

Headpieces, Headbands & Flower Crowns:

Handle and use with care when wearing in your hair, keep safely packed away when there is no one to stare.

All designs are lovingly handmade or hand finished, with care and precision, using quality materials from selected sources. Most are limited and one-off designs to keep each piece as unique as the wearer.

DELIVERY

Free Delivery on Orders over £50.00 to the UK and Northern Ireland.

All orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked® service so a signature will be required on receipt of delivery.

All ready to wear orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 working days.

Bespoke and custom designs would vary, this will be estimated when making your order.

RETURNS

Thank you for shopping with Designs by Alexyi we hope you love & enjoy your purchases.

Due to hygiene reasons we do not accept any returns or exchanges so please ensure you are happy with your purchases before purchasing.

However, if your order is damaged on arrival, we will be happy to fix or exchange for the same style If still available.

In this case you will need to let us know within 2 days of receipt of your item via email.

We are not able to cover costs for items that have been damaged due to negligence and or general wear and tear.
